The championship had already been decided going into Homestead but there were a few other positions up for for grabs. In the end not made changed because nearly everyone was perfect with their picks. In face the only miss in all three series were Janet Sebern and Merline Glenn who picked Carl Edwards in the Cup race. The only position change was Jeff Nieser who moved over Jessy Turgeon for 13th place.

The high score of the week went to Ron Blackman who scored a whopping 124 points. That was the highest score of the year among all players. Another week and Ron might have been able to pass the all time record of 142 points in one week. If he had started this earlier in the season, Ron might have been challenging Ray Perrotta for the championship. Ron finished the season in 5th place.

Ray Perrotta clinched the championship last week and was officially crowned champion a week later. He was successful with all three picks in the final race and scored 63 points. He finishes the season with 1919 points and 133 points over Dean Higley in second place.

So Ray wins the championship which is the second of his career. He join Lou Demian and Stephen DiCaprio as multi-season winners.

Ron Blackman gets the biggest points total of a week with 125 points.

The largest Cup streak was just 5 weeks and that was shared by Dean Higley, Greg Eichele, Ron Blackman, Kevin Sullivan, Randy Cook, Al Allison and Terry Howell. That was actually the lowest high Cup streak of any season.

The largest Xfinity streak was 16 weeks by Dean Higley, tying the all-time score.

The largest Truck streak was 10 weeks scored by Lou Demian. That's what he ends the season with. One more week and it would have tied the all-time record.
