Well you can have a great driver but if the team sets up the car the wrong way, the driver can't do a whole lot, he's at the mercy of his crew. There have been many times this year when Junior suffered handling problems with the Bud car. Hopefully that won't happen anymore now that the chase has begun.
that may be true........but these guys come out the race car and just start whining and complaining on TV!..........come on, what happen to win and lose as a team?
if your guys suck, you suck so unless you're looking to get out of the ride (like Jaime), dont put it all on them........it will just create bad chemistry and therefore, sorry results.
