I had to add a clause to the rules regarding making picks for the All Star race.

You need to be a current member of the Cup Series to make picks for the All Star race.

I actually had an ex Champion who is no longer in the league ask if he still has a Championship provisional for the All Star Race.... hint... it was our first champion. Guess he still misses us.

Since he is not in the league any longer, nothing in the rules applies to him whether or not it was there in the first place.

At any rate, as crazy as that is, it will also be in effect for ex-Cup members who stay in the Busch or Truck Series. Since we have nobody now that falls under that catagory, this rule can be applied now without it affecting anyone currently in the league.
