As expected, There have been quite a few changes to the Watkins Glen entry list for the Busch series. All these changes have been added to Forum news where they will be listed in the future.

Since drivers were changed in the IROC series, what happens if one of the drivers does not qualify for the race?

None of those drivers that changed rides were any of the LROC matchup drivers... so it shouldn't affect that at all. However, if a driver does not make a race, they will be the lowest driver of the week.... 12th place. If more than 1 driver does not make a race, the driver thats ranked lower in the points standings will get the lower spot.
All those drivers on the LROC matchups are locked in though.
