first I am no fan of kyle busch. NASCAR made a terrible call on a commitment cone violation they say Kyle drove back on the track after passing the commitment line. replays showed that kyle missed it by 4-6 feet easily. Kyle was penalized. nascar later said they made a mistake. I wonder if that official, and those in the replay booth will be suspended for 6 races and fined 100k? As i have always said....nascar has no remedy when they screw up...which they do alot!
