Surprised more of you guys aren't on board. I'm still on the fence but if it doesn't "hurt" induvidual performance to bad I'm for it. We'll have too see the benefit if any to truely judge. Need more teams though to get an acurate judgement though. Come on folks, get on board and lets give it a try. If it hurts your performance we can adjust as needed as we see how it unfolds.
