Mr. Glavine isn't going to be a savior by any means. The fast-pased NY press, family in Alpharetta and long time friend (and my personnal hero, and fellow German) John Smoltz proved to be to inticing for Glavine to pass up! Welcome home my personnal friend, client and long time fav! Atlanta welcomes you with open arms...no pun intended. Give us your standard 200 innings and lets say 12-14 wins. Glavine will probably do better than that though. Happiness goes along way which he has learned.
  I "spoke with Tom" today and he is extremely happy to be "home". We're happy you came home Tom. I comped him tickets to a gig this weekend and will sit and have a beer with him at some point. Thanks again tom...whatever happens we love you unconditionally. Rumor has it he may join our league! Maybe an alias?! I told him be yourself, this is a classy league and you won't be bothered.
