Nice work on your first top 10 guys... at least half of the team did well.

I'm kicking myself this week because my original set of picks would have me in the top 5 somewhere..... however I dumped Gordon and Johnson for Biffle and Mears.� Of course Biffle starts out very well.... Gets the pole, leads most of the first half of the race. Then what happens; broken transmission and finishes dead last. That's the story of my season this year.

Gwen would have done much better as well, but I told her she should dump Kenseth because he was struggling in the practice sessions. She takes Newman then. What happens.... Newman falls out of the race and Kenseth finishes 6th. of course!

Therefore I don't think I'll be giving advice anytime soon because it always seems to backfire on me but I'm willing to hear anything from you!

Troy you've been taking notes my friend! Mafia thru the "idea" out ther and we are doin exactly that! Again the term "team" comes into play and my team members take note. I laugh everytime my team is listed as "John Sherman's team"! I preposed this team right off the bat and John got it via longevity. Either way I got what I wanted! Poof. Our team is as one and we treat each that way. If we ever have an opening we want you. Be advised. Not that I'm really the ring leader or anything?!!! LMFAO

Yeah I can do that, but Gwen doesn't usually make hers until Wednesday night, sometimes Thursday. I usually make mine on Wednesday, when I can find the time.

at RTI, we all put our opinion on who 2-3 locks are and then everyone pretty much goes in different directions on the last two usually.

lou,gwen,r j lets e-mail each other 5 drivers every tuesday and if someone cant make it by tuesday the others decide who will be picked we will choose at least 3 of the same drivers! its worh a shot either we all do better or we all go down in flames together! the reason i said 5 drivers it will give us a better pool to choose from! we must remember our salary cap also! so we dont want a bargin driver to slip by keep a look out!

troy heres the deal. There are no locks as some people state. This is Nascar. How ever I will concede that with the new car wrecks seem "less" likely. We don't really change our picks we forward them and everyone takes that into consideration. As the season wears on that could change but at the moment all our drivers have a good chance to make the Chase. No way that will continue so smart minds will adjust at that time. We think we will preval but who knows. I just thought at the beginning of this post I would try to help other teams out with out srats. This is a team thing and no perfect srat. We'll see how it works out. Make no mistake Mafia talks with one and another. I will be sending you a private message. Would prefer we talk via email cause don't know how private things are here. ( No disrespect Lou)

Luck is the secret troy. Luck. No more no less. Eli and I have already forwarded our picks to our teammates and its 8:10 Monday night. Advance notice. Guess the others try to cover the team based on our picks...or maybe go along with some. Its a safe guard I guess so all of us don't load up with the same guys. That's really all you can do. Not like everyone else here wouldn't have figured this out. Plus heck we're all friends here anyways. That's our strategy.
