Providing everyone is coming back and we get three replacement teams, yes.
I would also like us to consider everyone keeping 2 players and then drafting the rest of our teams in inverse order of final standings after the playoffs.
every reply I have gotten back so far has been for keeping 2 players next year.
Like I said, the draft will be inverted from where we finish the playoffs.
Only thing left is to figure out how we handle the replacement teams.
Should they draft in the last three spots or should they draft where this years version ends up? I would say right where they are, but one team will more than likely be above the bottom three, so how do we determine who gets that spot?
Also, for the keepers of those teams, I figured I would show the new teams the '08 rosters, and let them pick 2 guys for their '09 teams...........or should I combine the roster spots of all three teams and let the newbies pick 2 spots from the whole group going 1,2,3,3,2,1?
even if it means i pick last im cool with whatever you guys decide . im not a big baseball fan but have tried to at least be competitive this season . maybe with a season or two under my belt i will grasp things a little more . i couldnt ever get consistent pitching in either league im in . am in running for 7th in both - lol !
Go first come first serve and keep the roster for that team. let them decide the 2 keepers, and they can fall to the bottom of the draft order. Since they will be newbees afterall.
