I'll try setting the board back to public access, meaning that you don't need a login name to post messages. However, it would still be better if you created and used one. Hopefully we won't be getting the clowns back who would post detrimental messages on the board, but if we do, I can also switch back to restricted access with no problem.
Congrats on a terrific website! I told my friends all about it, and hopefully they will join it-maybe even play the Pit. I was just wondering why you have your message board private. I ran my own NASCAR site a few years ago and never had a problem with people posting bad things. The only people who posted were people who were in the league. What kinds of problems did you have?

Well, there were a couple idiots who would post mean and spiteful messages about the league, the sport of NASCAR, and whatever else. One is a former friend of mine who wasn't even in the league, the other is a former member who quit the league. Then there were just a couple screwballs who would pop in for whatever reason. Anyway, hopefully the idiots should be gone now and I'll keep the board public.
By the way, I sent you the welcome letter to get into the league because I like your enthusiasm. We need people in the league who like to communicate on the boards.
