I had to change my Paypal account to a premier account. Only premier accounts allow credit card payments and allows people to pay who aren't paypal members. Unfortunately they charge a transaction fee per payment. The added funds are 2.9% + .30 cents extra. If you are using paypal to sign up for the money pit you will have to send these amounts:

Signing up for $5.... please pay $5.47

Signing up for $10.... please pay $10.61

Signing up for $25.... please pay $26.05

Signing up for $35.... please pay $36.34

Signing up for $65.... please pay $67.21

For those of you who did sign up through paypal recently, don't worry about it but from now on, that's what you'll need to pay.
