with the deadline for the Daytona 500 picks being before the start of the first race of the Gatorade Duel, i have a question.
What if a member picks a driver that doesnt make it into the 500 (i.e.- Morgan Shepard or Stanton Barrett or Robby Gordon), will they have a chance to change that driver or will they be stuck with them? I know this issue was resolved last year, but the Daytona 500 is a special race with special circumstances.
I really dont think anyone is going to chance picking one of those drivers, but there are 43 different people now, so you never know. I just think we need an answer before the race so there is no confusion afterwards.
They will be stuck with them the duel is part of the qualifying for the Daytona 500. Just like normal qualifying for regular races, you have to stick with whoever you make before the deadline. And remember, this year you get docked for drivers not making the race!
