Starting next season, the Nationwide series will be expanding its member cap by 2 additional slots. Subsequently, 2 more slots will be added each additional year until we hit a maximum of 54 members. This will insure us that for the next 6 years, we will have at least 2 new players joining the Nationwide series each year. Although, for that 6th year, only 1 will be called up.
The 2 highest finishing players in the Truck series will get those two spots. That should provide some more fierce competition for those members who want to get in to the next level.
Once those two spots are filled, we will then start filling spots vacated by any members from the previous season. Those spots are filled by members who finish in the top 10 first and then goes to the wait list.
Remember, once you are in the Nationwide series, thats a step closer to the elite Cup series.

By the way, in case you are wondering, as of right now those two members in contention for the two spots would be John Magee and Wendal Ebach. There are a couple of other members ahead of them in the standings, but they have not yet signed up for the Nationwide series. If they did choose to do so, they would get the spot.
Right now the 2 members in line for the call-up's are John Magee and you, Paul. However we also are going to have one additional spot open up in the Nationwide series as one person as declined to come back next year, so we'll have a total of 3 spots so far.
