Are there any rule changes in the three leagues that you would like to see implemented next season? Anything you bring up, the council will discuss and see if its worth changing. After the end of the season, the council will get together and vote on these various issues.
One thing we briefly talked about is changing the rainout situation. Right now if a car does not get a chance to qualify and misses the show, the 10 point penalty is waived and they get 0 points. Next year we most likely will be deducting the 10 points regardless if it is a rainout or not. Also, that driver will now show as 44th place on your driver stat sheets, so it will affect your picks average more.
How do you feel regarding this?
Are there any other changes with picks deadlines, members not submitting picks, amount of times a person can miss before being removed... certain exceptions, scoring, or anything else?

For the most part, I am pretty comfortable with the way the rules are set up right now.
In regards to those drivers attempting to qualify, that rule should be looked at in the offseason....every since that came up, I have been using that strategy to my advantage rather than take a driver at -5 pts.
