Lucky Dog Racing's Streak To The Finish is a forum only game. Anyone with a forum name can play.

How To Play:

Each week you will choose 1 driver from each the Cup, Nationwide and Truck series races taking place that weekend. You will try to pick a driver that you think will finish in the top 10. If that driver does finish in the top 10, your streak continues on to the next week in each series. If your driver finishes outside the top 10, your streak is over and you start again next week.

Each member will have 3 streaks going which you will be able to track on the streak standings.

Each week you will log on to the forum and post your driver in the weekly picks forum. Please only post your driver, do not create any other posts in that particular forum.

You can only use a driver once during your current streak. Once your streak is over, you may use that driver again. You can also choose any driver that someone else has already picked that week. If you choose a driver that is already in your current streak, you will not be notified about it. You will receive 0 points that week and your streak will end.


Scoring: You will receive 1-10 points for each driver if they finish in the top 10 in their race. If each driver finishes 1st, you will receive 10 points. If that driver finishes 10th, you will receive 1 point. You will also receive bonus points (times 5) each week of your streak for each driver. If it's your first week, you receive 5 points. If you make it to two weeks, you receive 10 points... Three weeks, 15 points, etc..... Those bonus points will be added to your drivers score. If your driver finishes outside the top 10, you receive 0 points and your streak stops. You will start fresh the next week.
Points will be accumulated each week until the end of the season.

Deadlines: The deadline to post your picks is right before the start of qualifying for each race. after the deadline passes, the thread will be closed and no futher picks accepted.

The player with the most points at the end of the season will be declared the Streak champion. That player will receive a special award on their driver page (if they are a Cup or Nationwide Series player), A spot in the LROC Series for the following year and a $25.00 gift certificate to NASCAR.com!

Note: Anyone with a forum name can play, however to receive an award on their page and the LROC invitation, that player must be a registered member of Lucky Dog Racing. A player must also have a valid email to receive the NASCAR.com gift certificate.
