Ricky Rudd had his 55th Cup start at BMS, putting him 2nd on the all-time list behind Richard Petty's 60 starts. The #21 Motorcraft Ford driver is currently tied with Dave Marcis at 54. Rudd scored 30 top tens, had one pole and an average finish of 14.5 for those 54 events.
