Well so far so good, the Nationwide series race was a big success for all the streakers this week with all 16 players able to pick a top 10 driver. Actually 15 of those players picked one of the top two finishers.
So far the big winner of the week is Tooz who stretches his streak to 5 weeks. He picked Tony Stewart and gained 34 points. xrays also stretched his streak to 5 weeks as well but he took Jeff Burton who finished in 8th place and earned 28 points. As long as Greg Biffle finishes in the top 10, Tooz will be putting some big points on xrays who did not pick a Cup driver because of a deadline misunderstanding.
JT Motorsports and racingfan8 both have the 2nd most current Nationwide streak going with 4 weeks. JT took Busch and gained 30 points while racingfan took Stewart and gained 29 points.
Everyone else earned either 19 or 20 points.
Find out the final scores tomorrow and find out if ICE can go 7 weeks in the Cup series after taking Matt Kenseth.
Tooz ended up being the week's big winner after scoring a total of 62 points. Despite ICE stretching his Cup streak to 7 weeks, Tooz actually gained some points on him this week since he has a longer Nationwide streak. Tooz gained 5 points on the leader and is now just 20 points behind.
ICE recorded the 2nd most points with 57 and as mentioned extended his Cup streak to 7 weeks. That means with the next race at Phoenix in 2 weeks, he'll have the chance to tie the all-time record for the 2nd time.
The third most points belongs to JT Motorsports who records 50 of them. JT currently has a 2 week Cup streak and 4 week Nationwide streak going. He has a nice jump of 5 spots in the standings also with a little help from a couple of players who did not pick this week.
JG4TMR has the 4th most points with 46 and moves up 2 spots in the standings to 6th place.
Rounding out the top 5 this week with 44 points is Bensonbdr23 who moves up 1 spot to 9th place.
TCB Racing also moves into into the top 5 after climbing 3 spots with the 6th most points.
4 of the 16 members missed picking a top 10 Cup driver this week. Denny Hamlin burned two of them while Kyle Busch also contributed.
Well next week is a pretty quiet week with Easter. However, there is the lone Nationwide race on Saturday so the Streak to the Finish will be in effect for it. This will be one of the rare times when we are just picking one driver.
