Johnny Sauter's car was found to have an illegal carbuerator in post-race inspection after being randomly drawn from the field. Nascar deemed it blatant, so they took away money and points from the race from that team with more penalties coming on Tuesday.
---were there any teams that picked Sauter in the Busch League? since he was DQ'ed, everyone that finished under him (15th?), moved up one spot. im sure that will change our stats a little right?
Well I redid the results. Only a few teams were affected. Legacy and Gasitnpassit each had Sauter. Legacy dropped 3 spots in the results and Gasitnpassit dropped 1 spot. However, Gasitnpassit dropped 2 spots in the standings, out of the top 10 and Jerry Jones Racing moved to 10th place.
