Just couldn't stand it and scored some Dega tickets. Headed out at lunch. Gonna catch Q'ing this afternoon and come back home. Head back Sat. nite. Only thing I don't like bout Dega is it's not real fan friendly. Seats are older than I am, and the Dega police are the worst on the circuit. But.....it is Dega. Probably my last race till Charlotte. Bummer. Hope yall have a blessed weekend.

Naw, a couple hour drive to the east. I'll say this for Dega, interstate just outside the track so not a traffic jam like most tracks. Easy entry, easy exit. Interstate 20 all the way to I-75. Nothing to it. Great place to score racing items too! I've got all the cars,shirts,hats etc I can handle though. Anybody want something?

Well hopefully I'll be getting some good stuff at Dover when we go in September. I've only been to 2 tracks so far, Pocono and Daytona. Pocono has lots of great vendors. I was disappointed with Daytona because they only have the official souvenir trailers that charge an arm and a leg for everything. I like the private vendors who sell cheaper.
Although I get the best deals at the Motorsports Show in PA every January. They have lots of vendors there all competing against one another!
