First, have to take my hat off to Gordon, he had a very dominant car and he showed his car was the one to beat today. Much like Jr.'s car when he won the Daytona 500, it didnt really matter what anyone else did, he wasn't going to be denied.
J.J.,....WTF!!! he caused both big wrecks today....i guess he was just carrying on what has become a weekly tradition for him. Despite all the analysts tries at pinning the first one on Jr., every driver interviewed either said it was the 48 or didnt know what happened. Replay after replay showed that J.J. clearly moved up on M. Wallace and hence Riggs. (25 cars taken out)
Then, you have where he couldn't control his temper late in the race and came down on the 29 which took out several more contenders. But, what was worse, he tried to blame that one on Stewart and Harvick!??!?!?! (7 cars taken out)
nice going buddy, yet its never your fault is it?
Last but not least, 2 Green, White, Checkereds in as many days is never a bad thing even if my guy wasn't going for the Win.
whoops, one more.........Jr. has broke the top ten once again, reports of the Bud team's demise were greatly exaggerated.
Alright. ONE: Jimmie did not cause the first wreck, as Jr was pushing the 4, and got him loose and pushed him down into the 48, which caused the 48 to twitch left, into the 42 and 4.
TWO: Jimmie did not cause the second wreck, as Jr and Harvick pushed up, and clearly forced the 48 into the fence, which loosened up the 48, and cause him to slide sideways into the 29 car, causing the little big one.
THIRD: Get yer facts straight, you sound just like Darrel Waltrip and Larry Macreynolds... don't know what the hell your talkin about.
I have it on tape if you need a copy, to see all these things again. Let me know.
im very glad you have it on tape. now, watch in slow-motion if you need to.....the first wreck, the 42 wasnt anywhere around.....jimmie hit the 4 who slid up into the 10. Jr. did tap wallace in the back.......not hard (just like he and everyone had been doing all day) and also, you will see that wallace was tapped from behind....went about 150 yards and then the 48 came up and clipped him. (of the four drivers involved 48,4,8, and 10) three of the four say it was Jimmie who caused it....but of course, he said he didnt do it, so we should believe him over the rest right?)
two, Jimmie hits the wall (bad driving) and its harvick's and jr's fault for causing the wreck when he came down on them?!?!
I'll have to watch the race tomorrow! Great weather, a little brisk for Dega. I will say this: As a HMS fan I'm a little concerned about JJ's drive as of late. Couldn't see what happened for where I was at. I will say this, let them race!!! Pull the plates off those puppys and let em run. If the driver is scared he can stay on the pit box. As long as plates are in place, this kind of wrecking will continue. Small driving errors can be overcome at most tracks except road and plate races. Let Bill out there. He'll show the guys how it's done (212 mph). Safety is always important but kill those plates. Thats not racing. All kind of Senior E. records fixin to fall to mr. Gordon very soon so all you E fans get your seditives together! Great job by Jeff today. Happy overcame early problems for a good finish. Smoke was strong but finished 2nd for the 4th time at Dega. Thats got to be frustrating. On to " the lady in black" L8R

How long did it take them to blame JJ on the first one before they went to the other replay? 48 this and 48 that....Oh, jr. might have tapped the 4 but it was just a love tap but that 48 really clipped him. The second one they only showed one replay from the front but nothing from the side or anything from the in car camera. Which they really couldn't because it was going to a green white checker. Just call what you see on TV.
As a fan of Jimmie he has been really wild and aggressive this year and he needs to race a little more smarter out there. He has a nice point lead this time of the year and just need to be consistent race in and out instead of trying to win every race.
The local news in NJ doesn't know anything about racing.
I'm lucky enough if it even gets mentioned on Fox News, what I usually watch. Last night the anchor goes "There was a big multi-car crash that was caused by Dale Earnhardt Jr.!"
I nearly fell off my chair, stupid morons. All he did was a little bump drafting on the straight-away. Everyone was doing it all race long. Obviously some people are too dumb to realize it, including our local news.
Check again lou. Dale Sr. has 11 Super Speedway wins. Jeff has 10. Sr.E 76 all time wins. Gordon 72. Didn't mention Jr. and I said fixin. Jr only has what 15-16 career wins so not sure what you meant by more wins in half the time. I'm looking at the big picture and right now Jr. not in the BIG picture. Have a great day.

Yeah thats true bout jr. But times change and Jeff is hottest at this time. Remember Jeff use to rule Pocono but not lately. I don't why Tiny E fans always try to compare these two. There's really no comparison. E's ok but his dad I got nothing for. I truely think if alot of Jr. fans had met Daddy Dale like I did they wouldn't be jr. fans. I actually rooted for Dale Sr. till I met him. He was an egotistical, self rightious, rude and frankly the biggest A__hole I think I've ever met. His wife was crying that day bacause of his rudeness to everyone. Anyway enough of that.

so from your garbled response, i got that you stopped liking Dale Sr. because he blew you off when you were probably hounding him for an autograph? not because of his lack or abundance of driving talent? i'm wasting my breath i believe.
i only brought up Jr. having more wins because you mentioned Sr.'s records about to fall in a topic labeled Talladega........i don't even see Jr. or Gordon coming close to breaking the 10 win mark anytime soon.........the other teams are bound to catch up sooner or later and thus make it harder on DEI and Hendrick.
