Former Intimidator Racing, Inc member R.J. Palmer has announced the formation of a brand new Multi-Car Cup Series Team, "Outcast Racing". R.J. will assume the role of Team Owner, joining him will be driver Chip Pizzutti and the #54 Yahoo Ford Fusion. Outcast Racing will be the only team in the Cup Series with Ford Fusions in 2009. "We're excited about the opportunity to start a new team this season, with hopes to finish strong and have an exciting future in the Cup Series," Says Palmer. Outcast Racing also hopes to have another driver joining R.J. and Chip in the near future. "Its gonna be an fun experience, be sure to check us out in victory lane!"

Outcast Racing is pleased to introduce another addition to the team. Chase hopeful Jeffery Willett and the #19 Paint Guys car will join with Team Owner R.J. Palmer and Chip Pizzutti. Jeffery is currently in 9th place in the Cup Standings, 155 points out of first. "The signing of Jeffery gives us a proven driver and winner in our brand new organization", says Palmer. "We are very excited to have him on board and hope to help him continue his success this season."
