...was the suggestion on the local news this morning!!! ( In the heart of Nascar Nation,Atl) Many observers are thinking like me. He's frustrated with the start of this season and finally had a good car that got caught up in the big one. That my friends IS indeed the problem. It's the FIRST time this season that he had a "good" car. Seems insiders are saying that there is tention inside the Jr. camp on why his cars haven't been competitive all year. I think things will get better for Jr. but Jr. needs to keep his eye on the prize and stay focused. To much talent in that camp not to turn it around, but nows the time. If their cars don't come around soon you can bet heads will roll over at DEI. The news cast also noted until Jr. wins a championship his complaints won't be taken seriously. Nobody wrecks anyone on purpose and outside "Jr. fans" he's losing respect jacking his jaws about idiots. Let's not forget this is the same driver who spun his car out cause he was about to get lapped last year, then bragged about it over his radio. Hmmmm? My advice: Get over it Jr. Stop the trial of tears. PLEASE

More typical Gordon/Johnson smack talk where they cloud the facts.....
Re: there is tention inside the Jr. camp on why his cars haven't been competitive all year.
Let's see, in the last 5 races, he's finished 4th, 13th, 9th, 4th, and 15th at Talladega after running in the top 5 and getting caught up in the idiot Johnson's (as a few drivers have said)move at the end of the race. He may not have been dominate, but he has been competitive.
So Jr. spun his car last year at Bristol, fine.... it's been over a year now that he did something stupid. Jr. is over it but some fans, like the above poster, can't get past it. Stop living in the past man!! This is 2005, not 2004. How many drivers have complained about Johnson this year? I'm losing track!
That's a good point louis. I'm just repeating what I saw on the news this morning though, so the comment about above poster was a little off the mark my friend. The way I see it, this stuff is fairly amuseing to me. Same thing every year. If its not Stewart, its R. Gordon or Harvick one year, or maybe Mr. Bushie at another time. Its always going to be someone. Granted JJ's been a little wreckless lately, but isn't that the nature of the sport? I think nascar fuels this kind of thing because of the exposure it brings to the sport.

this is troy wiggins of jeffjoeracing , dale jr. has not done anything to deserve the attention he is getting he is a big titty baby when something happens to him .the only thing he has going for him is his name! he has one 15 races and NOOOOOOOO! championships. if he worked for hendricks racing he would be a tire changer,or gas man, if he could lift the can? Nascar has jammed him down all of our throats until it has made me sick.last week he bumped scott riggs till he got to mike wallace then he bumped him till he spun him out , i dont know what race you watched? he cant drive a car that annt perfect, cause people has kissed his butt his whole life. All he is is an average driver with an above average name. HE COULDNT TOTE JG's HELMET,but even #8 fans know that . they are the ones that boo him cause there jealous!!! thanks jeffjoeracing
Jr. bump drafted in Talladega.... yeah..... and..... so did maybe about 40 other guys too!!! So where the heck do you get off saying that he spun Mike Wallace? It was Johnson who moved up into Wallace.
Yeah, Jr. doesn't have any champions yet.... how many championships does Johnson have?
Dale Jr. has plenty of talent, trust me. It's just up to DEI now to get the equipment better.
I dont know anything about this driving around the oval stuff, but I can say that the Yankees are bump-drafting everyone in their division. Last place! Go Orioles.
Yeah thats some serious talent!! All the way up to the 39th starting spot. Get em Jr. YOU THE MAN. lol ( Don't hate me but I couldn't resist! I'm sure you'll get me later.)

HI I'M JEFFJOERACING,IF JR. WASN'T WORKING FOR HIS DADS OLD COMPANY, HE'D BE LOOKING FOR A JOB . WHEN I WATCH JR.IN AN INTERVIEW AFTER A BAD RACE WHICH IS VERY OFTEN THESE DAYS, I FEEL LIKE RUNNING TO THE DRUG STORE AND SEEING IF THEY HAVE " CLEAR EYES IN THE EXTRA STRENGTH GALLON JUG" HE BLAMES EVERYONE BUT HIMSELF.HE IS NOT EVEN THE BEST DRIVER AT DEI. THATS #15 THE WHOLE CO. IS BUILT AROUND HIM AND HE STILL SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUXXXXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!!! JG RULES
you're just pissed cause there was one track that jr. had a chance on and now #24 rules it too.can we say hail to the restrictor plate king.if you add #8 and #3 wins at the superbowl of nascar which # 8 fans used to say is daytona you still will fall short of #24's wins .i know you know who the most complete driver ever is #24, get used to it!
9th in the points after being down to like 32nd at one point....and we are only 9 races into the season. not a bad comeback huh?
non-talent driver? how about non-talent speller!....its nice you spoke up and said who you are in your post (high octane doesnt), but come on, can't you put intelligent ideas together rather than sound like a drunk fan who just got home from the race?
come on now Tooz, you really happy with 8th?? Gordon fans would never stand for that! Guess it's good to know your limitations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HMS

Speed Bump, never said i was content with 9th........just mentioning how my man is on the way up when many of you said that he was pretty much done for the year after California (second race of the year).
I did ask the question if it was too soon to bury JR but I wasn't the only one asking. I hope he does makes the chase because its good for NASCAR as a whole if he is in it. You want the top ten drivers in the chase and JR is a top ten driver(even a JJ fan myself knows that).
