Well, JT Motorsports keeps on doing it. Somehow on the last lap of the Nationwide race, he was able to extend his streak one more week by the skin of his teeth after Jason Leffler snuck into the top 10 after an accident with Brian Vickers. Luck was on the side of Jessy as he now extends his Nationwide streak to 15 weeks. He gained a total of 104 points for the week for the top score. He managed to pick a top 10 driver in all three races, although each driver just barely made it in.
Next week will probably be the hardest test for Jessy to extend his streak. We'll be heading to Daytona where it's usually pretty tough to predict who will finish in the top 10 there. Will we see the mighty streak finally end or will the luck continue and make it 4 straight months?
Nobody came close to JT in points this week, there was a big drop off to 2nd place. that belonged to President Lou who gained 62 points for the week. It's been a struggle this season for the 2007 champ, but he now has a 4 week streak going in both the Cup & Nationwide series, plus a one week streak in the Truck series. He moves up 1 spot to 9th place.
Crossmen finished in third place with 52 points. He failed to pick a top 10 Cup driver but has a 4 week Nationwide and Truck streak going.
The Truck series picks were the most successful this week, only 1 of 16 members failed to pick a top 10 driver. 4 members missed a top 10 Nationwide pick while 7 missed in the Cup series, mostly from picking Denny Hamlin.
Five members successfully picked in all three series this week.
