Well we all knew that JT Motorsports Nationwide streak would have to end sooner or later, and it happened at one of the hardest tracks to pick at, Daytona. Jessy's luck ran out in a sort of ironic way. He had continued his streak for the past number of weeks by having a driver just sneak into the top 10 near the end of the race. This week he chose Michael Waltrip who finished in 11th place. So he still would have been able to continue it if Waltrip had moved up one more spot, but oh well. Great job by Jessy whose 15 week streak record surely won't be beaten for a very long time! Also, the good thing for Jessy, he did gain some points this week after pick race winner Tony Stewart in the Cup series for his third week of his Cup streak.
With JT's streak coming to an end, the top scores for the week are a lot lower. Crossmen came out on top with 48 points scored.. He took Tony Stewart in the Cup series and Carl Edwards in the Nationwide series. He is just one of three members to pick a dtreak driver in both races this week.
Another member who was successful in both races was JG4TMR. He finished in 2nd with 45 points and now has sole possession of 2nd place. He was tied with Tooz, but after he missed picking a top 10 driver, JG4TMR was able to gain quite a bit of points on him.
xrays was the third driver to pick a driver in both races and finished with the third most points with 35.
I have now updated the streak records so you can go and check them out in the other section.
