whether you agree with the penalties or not, you have to question how using your car as a weapon or antagonizing the Official isn't as detrimintal as flipping someone the bird or saying a cuss word in a non-derogatory way.
Totally agree, if they are going to take points from JR then no one should be above the law in Nascar. I'm surprised about no points from Kurt because he his actions were over the top and lasted the whole race.
