Although I can see fining happy, Bliss didn't quite get the cuss word out during interview which seems to be what their looking at. What about Vickers?

I don't recall Harvick cursing.... all I remember him saying on camera that Nemecheck can shtick it where the shun don't shine. He put Nemechek down but he didn't curse.
As for Bliss.... he didn't say any curses at all.
And Vickers, it wasn't something that he could be fined for. If NASCAR didn't take the win from him right there, they certaintely won't do anything now.
Harvick didn't cuss. He hit Needachck in the head after exiting his crumpled car. Went straight for chek. Bliss actually got about 75% of a cuss word out during an interview. Have it on tape.
