That's not going to get it done. Jr. was quoted in the AJC as saying " Hopefully we'll be able to get the team where it needs to be heading into next year." WHAT???? Sounds like Jr. has thrown in the towel to me. I mean be a man and work it out. Next year?? What about this year Jr.? I don't think Dale Sr. would aprove of Jr. whiny attitude. I almost feel sorry for him. Suck it up and fix it Jr., you're costing people their jobs with your defeatious attitude. Good luck goes to DEI. They'll need it and the sport needs them.
This is alot more of a gutsy move than switching teams like last year. If you switch crew chiefs in mid-season in order to make yourself BETTER because the chemistry isn't there yet doesn't sound defeatous.
