Everyone is pointing the finger at Delhomme but out of all the interceptions he has 'thrown', I really have only seen two that were his fault. Credit the rest to tipped passes or bone-headed moves by his receivers.
The biggest most glaring problem I see is the offensive line (which btw was supposed to be great with all of them playing together for so long)......Delhomme has about two seconds each play to decide what to do before being bum-rushed. WAKE UP GUYS!!
And what was up with our defense last night??? Marshall, the CB, had one good hit at the goal line stand, but other than that, only two people were doing all the tackling last night against the 'Boys. Those two being Beason and Davis of course. I have had it with Peppers just biding his time until the end of the season.
The Bye Week couldn't come soon enough. Here's to hoping they all get their heads out of there asses in Week 5.
New Orleans offense is sick, but their defense can make you sick! If Drew Brees gets hurt, they are done. New England vs Baltimore this week should be an awesome game and could be a AFC Championship preview game.
i too am looking forward to NE- Baltimore game but only way its preview of championship game is if Pats find some defense. Ravens are actually kinda scary and havent even shown what i thought was going to be a strength - running game . they have been wide open !
dunno what the hecks goin on in Charlotte ?! they look good on drive or two and then its like they lose focus . agree with Tooz though and feel sorry for whatever team pays Peppers tp take up roster space next season. his good years are def behind him ! jerk !
thats what sucks Leon, I don't think he is past his prime.............I think he's sand-bagging this year ..........just trying to get out of Charlotte.
I just got to see the highlights from yesterday's game.....FINALLY, they show some life at the end of a game! Hopefully the lowly 'skins have helped the Panthers jump start themselves.
here is the video I watched.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Wc5Pm19Njs
