So does that mean that the highest Non-Buschwacker in Busch Series is invited to compete in 2006?

Only if they are the champion or if they are the next highest team if the champion of the Busch Series is either the President or falls under a different elligibility catagory.

So if you(Being League Prez) finished 1st and Gasitnpassit finished 2nd then Gasitnpassit would get in correct. That gives the Buschwackers more incentive to win the Busch Series because it would give them two chances on getting in, Through Nextell or Busch. Thats cool.

Yes thats correct.... unless Gasitnpassit won the cup championship or came in 2nd there. Then the third highest finishing Busch team would be invited.
