Well things got a little dicey for JT Motorsports in the final weeks, but he was up to the task to hold off JG4TMR and become the 2009 Streak to the Finish Champion!

John Magee was able to take his Truck streak to Nine weeks while Jessy Turgeon was able to go to 2 weeks. If Jessy had missed with his pick, John would have been the Champion by just 1 point. Luckily for Jessy, Matt Crafton was able to finish 2nd in the race.

Jessy's Championship came mostly from a huge Nationwide streak of 15 weeks earlier in the year. His biggest Cup and Nationwide streak was just 4 weeks, go figure.
Jessy becomes the third champion in the streak to the finish history and first under the format of picking driver in all three series. He joins Lou Demian and Stephen DiCaprio as streak champions.

For his accomplishment he will receive a $25.00 NASCAR.com gift certificate  as well as an invitation to be on the 2010 LROC team.

Also a big congrats goes out to JG4TMR who finished second. If he had one more week.... who knows what would have happened?

Tooz finished in third place followed by TCB Racing in fourth and Hunter4U9 who passed Lefflerfan in the final week to take fifth place.

Thanks to everyone for placing this year, it was quite a season!  I hope to see you all return next year along with a bunch of new players too hopefully.
