The way the rules are this year, if a member does not submit picks, the owner can submit for team points, however the member that missed gets last place points in the standings.
Yep, I like that rule this year. It hurts a player but he can recover from it. It doesn't kill their entire season. Also it doesn't cripple a team if a player misses his picks. The LDR team has suffered that before.
