Figures... 9 cars left to go and the rain comes. Everyone who chose Scott Pruett (including me) got the shaft. Oh well, at least no negative points will be assigned to him, he'll just get 0 points. I'll just think that he would have finished below 20th and make me feel better, lol.
I think if anyone has Pruett they shouldn't get points. That's bogus in my mind. He didn't qualify his car..so he subs for Marlin. That's pretty puked up. Just my thoughts.

If a driver gets injured and can not race that weekend, you will get the points of the substitute driver that will drive the car. If the car is not run at all that weekend (highly unlikely) you won't receive any points. In any case, if it happens before Qualifying, you have the option to trade your driver.
Although Marlin isn't injured, the same rules applies.
I didn't hear you complaining about the Busch race awhile back when Hank Parker Jr. subbed for Carl Edwards. You had Carl Edwards so it was alright then... right?
I'm voting for Pruett points to count. I picked him as my superstar driver so you can have my points not count.What I'm worried about is the eleven who picked him during the week and didn't know his points were not going to count until they get back on their computer(like me).
It was such a weird circumstance with Marlin's dad and qualify being cut short due to rain.
and if you have already given points for a Busch race with Parker in for Edwards then you have to honor that rule for the year in the cup series and we can change that rule in the off-season.
Sorry guys, didn't mean to cause such a debate. You guys are definitely to of my favorite people here. Was just stating my thoughts on the subject at the time. To me, CUP teams are so much easier to pick as far as checking to Q list. Busch is a different animal all together. No compairison. 30 races out of what 33...a fan doesn't even have to check the list. Busch..well as I've personally found out BEST be checked EVERY week! I can see how a little "flexibility" would be needed for the AAA league. Again..what do I know?? Just my thoughts after your basic 13 hour day. I'm probably derious. Peace
