It was another very successful week for the streakers in California which is good/bad scenario. Good for members trying to extend their streaks, bad for trying to catch other players in the standings.
Only one pick failed between both races this weekend after Tony Stewart faded late in the Cup race for Ron Blackman.
The big winner for week turned out to be Dean Higley who picked the two 2nd place finishers in each race to gain 53 points for the week. He now has a 2 week Cup streak and 5 week Nationwide streak. Since he gained 6 points on Kevin Sullivan he pulled into a tie with him for first place in the standings.
Gary Wheat took 2nd place with 49 points. He also has a 2 and 5 week streak going now. He holds in 3rd place in the standings.
Third place was a tie between Natalie Jones, Stephen DiCaprio, Steve Willard and Kevin Sullivan. They all scored 47 points for the week.
Next week the Nationwide series has off but the Truck series will be back in action.
