This is an announcement that unfortunately the league will not feature the Power Gauge for the Cup series in 2012, it will cease being updated at the end of this season.
Weekly updates take too much of my time and withwork, home life and other day to day issues, I often get into a crunch trying to get updates done. In looking at ways to scale back, the Power Gauge is the easiest. It is a rather extensive process each week so that will free up a bit of my time. Also, it does not affect the results in any way, so it isn't crucial that we keep it.
the Cup series league stats & records page will also be updated less frequently too. This year I've been doing it ever few weeks, but next year it will be updated a few times a season, when time allows. All the updated information can be found on the Cup driver stat pages anyway.
Cup driver stat pages, the Nationwide and Truck stats and records page will still have to be done on a weekly basis, there is no getting around that. That is how we track league history from race to race.
Some of my free time can be devoted to a few other things in the league that I don't have a chance to do during the season. I really haven't had any time to update the Cup series poll since the start of the season. I also wanted to work on the Lucky Dog Hall of Fame during the season, but time just hasn't allowed it. It will be worked on during the off season though.

Lou, I don't know how you manage to do all the things that you do. Lucky Dog Fantasy Racing will still be the best fantasy league around, even with the changes. Thank you!
