The 2013 Hall of Fame nominees are officially announced and posted on the Hall of Fame page.
The four carryovers from 2012 make the ballot once again: Dean Higley, Jordan Hunt, Matt Sealey and Troy Wiggins.
The new nominees this year include Stephen DiCaprio and Harry Jeffery.
On the page you'll see the poll to vote for your favorite member, but you won't be able to vote until Feb. 16th, the weekend of the Sprint Unlimited at Daytona (Formerly the Budweiser Shootout).
