As the season wins down, we find a couple of members who are probably wishing for a few more weeks because they are going to have some long running streaks end. Both Dean Higley and Gary Wheat hit double digits at Phoenix. Dean in the Truck series and Gary in the Nationwide series.

Dean had the high score of the week with 97 points and was successful with all three of his picks. He has a 3 week cup streak, 2 week Nationwide streak and now a 10 week truck streak which is a new season high for the truck series.

Gary tied the 2nd highest Nationwide streak this year after reaching 10 weeks. He missed with his Cup pick but started a new Truck streak. He had the 2nd most points with 68 and also gained two spots in the standings to move into the top 10 at 9th place.

Not that he really needs the points, but Lou Demian had the 3rd highest score with 67 points and was successful in all three series.

So the final race is next week and there really isn't too much at stake. Most of the top 5 are pretty much set in place but we could see Dean Higley maybe get a top 5 finish.
