This morning I received an email from Harry Jeffery regarding one of our long time members, Ed Blackman. Please give him in your thoughts.

Just to let you know, on Saturday November 9th, Ed Blackman was involved in a very serious bike accident.  He was airlifted to a hospital and has had two surgeries, one for facial reconstruction and one to alleviate pressure on his spine, he also has some bleeding in his brain.  He was taken off a respiratory today and is breathing on his own, however he has no voluntary movement of his legs.  He is currently still in ICU and from what I hear from his wife, he has talked some but drifts in and out of consciousness.  I hope to be able to see him this week and give you a better idea of his condition.  He probably won't be submitting picks this week.  Please let the league know of his condition and to wish him prayers and warm thoughts.
