Well, Bristol was rough for the Streakers. That's all I can say. It ended nearly all the long streaks including Dean Higley's record tying 16 week Xfinity streak. Unfortunately he was not able to break it. The second longest streak by Lou Demian of 13 weeks was also ended as well. Both Dean and Lou picked Regan Smith who ended up finishing just one spot out of the top 10. Lou ended up striking out in all three races while Dean was successful in just the Cup race which started a new streak.
The player that benefitted the most was Ray Perrotta. Ray struck out in both the Cup and Truck races but he was able to extend his Xfinity streak to 8 weeks after picking Larson. After losing the elad to Dean Higley he was able to close back within 6 points and hopes to retake the points lead next week.
While Ray had the 2nd most points this week, most points went to Gary Wheat who scored 68. Gary extended his Cup streak to 4 weeks with Jimmie Johnson and Truck streak to 8 weeks after picking Christopher Bell.
The third highest score went to Greg Eichele with 39 points. He holds in third place but now has hopes of catching the leader again.
