a few weeks back Rusty made some desparaging comments about Jeff 'the CreamPuff' Gordon and I've been looking for it in here and I can't seem to find it.
Anyway, he basically was saying how he thinks Gordon has too much on his plate and his desire to win wasn't there right now and he (Rusty) didn't see Jeff winning another race until he basically got his act together. I don't agree with those comments but I thought they were pretty funny so I posted them........or so I thought.
And now, Jeff has responded to those comments:
Yes, He REALLY Said That
Jeff Gordon, responding to Rusty Wallace’s comment that Gordon isn’t focused on racing. "I laugh because a lot of people could have said (about) him, 'Well, had he stopped being the crew chief and the driver years ago, he may have won more races and championships.' "
