The council did decide, I figured Shawn would post it here since he was posting everything else. It was a majority rule that the picks will stand as is with no penalty since the picks were in on time even if they could not get posted on the board in time.

Myself: no obviously

Nathan Helton: No penalty

Stephen Dutko: I don't believe Lou should be docked any points for submitting a wrong driver at 5mins to 3

Matt Sealey:  As far as a penalty, I'm not sure about that one.  He has consistently made an effort to post his picks in the message board.

Have yet to hear from John Sherman or Mark Walraven.

I think you need to recount:

Myself: No penalty

Nathan: No penalty

Stephen: No penalty

Matt: leaning toward no penalty, but not officially decided yet.... you may have to get a confirmation from him.

Shawn: penalty.

This I thought was taken care of, but clearly it isn't.

Stephen, Nate, and myself voted no penalty (myself because I believe no actual infraction occurred as far as the posting of picks to the entry list, the message board is irrelevant in this case..........something that should be addressed and prevented further)

Lou's vote should not count one way or the other.

Shawn voted for a penalty obviously.

Two members from the council have yet to vote or even way in on the situation. (John and Mark)

That leaves 3 nos and 1 yes to the penalty with 2 guys still holding their vote out of six votes total.

If the remaining two were to hurry up and vote and they wanted to vote for the penalty, then it would be tied 3-3, and therefore it should go to a league wide vote.  I'm not sure if the rules even explain this, but common sense says that is how it should work.

This would have been easier had it not been carried out in the boards and became official before the race started.  Sloppy job Council, sloppy.

Eagles should get a penalty for choking big time.  Giants clearly did not show up on time, but late is better than never.

Couldn't happen to a nicer city or team. When you have a team down you step on their throats. That ties the biggest comeback by the Giants and I was at the other one back in 1987 against the Saints when they were up 17-0 in the first half. Everyone knows that game, they show that highlight where L.T. runs down the line of scrimage and used that windmill chop against some RB.
