Last week I decided to let everyone change their picks after the rain-out because it was a road course. It was not my plan to keep that rule in effect for every race. However, one of our league members said we should keep things consistant no matter if its a road course or regular track. There are no more road courses this year, but the rule will go into effect next year that you won't be able to change your picks for road courses during rain-outs. It's too much of a pain for me to change everyone's picks twice in one week. So just watch the weather when road courses come up.
Most of the times you should be ok with normal races, like Michigan this week. Just watch out when choosing drivers with no provisonals.
i thought it was a good decision letting people change for the road course considering Ringers were involved (of course i think that, it helped me out alot!)
but again, you are posting this rule in advance for next season, thats the way to go.......when rules are fuzzy or just arent spelled out to the letter, people will try and fudge on them (i.e.-Mark Martin's debacle today about the lugnut - on but not tight = breaking the rules?)
