The new menu

I'm sure you have already seen the new menu on the front page. This will eventually be used on all of Lucky Dog Racing's pages, which will require a new redesign of them. The left sided menu will be replaced by this new top sided one. It will ease in moving from page to page from anywhere on the site. It will also free up some space on the pages themselves.

I will wait a couple of weeks before I start replacing pages, just to make sure that nobody has a problem with this new menu. I still have the old front page saved just in case. I did test it in both Explorer and Firefox and it looks fine.

how is the new menu supposed to work exactly? Is there supposed to be a drop down menu?

I went to the league front page and clicked 'league links' and all that happened was the page refreshed itself and thats it.

Also, the LROC page link was implanted on the picture for the Cup Series (right now J.J.).

ok.... since we seem to be having a problem with the new menu on some browers, I switched it back to the old page. I had hoped more people would give me feedback when I originally posted it in the research page.

Once again.... this is the new menu that I developed. It should drop down to show more links for each series.

If it does not show up properly or does not work, please tell me what problem you are having and what browser you are using.

Developing new programs can really be a pain when it comes to getting them to work in each browser.

Matt.... let me guess, you're using AOL's browser aren't you?

Or the demon browser as I call it.... Sorry... Can't stand AOL's browser.... nothing but problems with them.

I tried it in Explorer, Netscape and FireFox but not AOL since I don't have them.... and never will again.

I never replied because it seemed you were only worried about Firefox being a problem.....I use IE myself so I thought there shouldn't a problem that you yourself wouldn't see.
AOL has been long gone from this computer, thankfully.

ok, just tried this link and 'league links' takes me to the Cup Series page and all three Series pages links work properly.
Lroc link still in the middle of the Jimmie picture for some reason for me.

Well there should be more than just the 4 links.... when you pass your mouse over each button, a drop down menu should appear under each with a bunch more links. I guess they are not appearing?

I really have no idea whay the LROC link is appearing in the middle of the picture.... anyone else seeing this??

ok, I tried to get tricky and copy and paste the whole page to send you in an email to show you exactly what I was seeing, but when I did........everything appeared the way it was supposed to in the email....I dont know....got one more idea....give me a few minutes.

This is what I see when I click that link........notice, the LROC link in the photo....I have moused over it in this picture, nothing pops up when I do.

(I'm watching the game as well....I knew it wouldn't be long for you to comment on it)
