Just so you get an idea of what I'm looking at, I started creating a template for the first three teams. Of course the final version would look different, but these are the stats I'll probably have on the sheet. Added the 6 most important driver pick stats and will highlight the numbers for each team that leads the league in the particular catagory.

Update:

Actually In design I've noticed that the chart should be ranked by average points... both driver points and bonus points. This would show the true rankings if everyone started from the first race. I added the top 10 teams and interesting enough, the top 2 would remain the same but June Bug and Syracuse would occupy the 3rd and 4th spots, Intimidator Racing would be 5th. I think I should probably redesign it that way.

Next year with the points being the same for each position every week, we could rank it by either points or average finish, but with the points fluctuating each week it doesn't work out the same.

Ok, well what this all came down to was re-designing the league stats records page. I combined almost all the info that is currently on the page and added much more. The teams will now be ranked by total average points rather than driver pick averages. The driver pick averages are still there and I might be able to save different sorting ranks of the same sheet so you can just go in, click on a particular stat and the teams will come up in that order.

So, how does it look, is there anything missing or anything that should be changed on it?

Thanks. Probably shouldnt even be that hard to update each week since I can just get all the info off each team's stat pages.

well i'll be a Monkey's Uncle!!!!! i had no idea i was doing that good....i mean i did think i was a top ten team but never would i have picked myself top three or four.....Maybe JJR is right......lol...........just glad to see you guys kissed and made up.

ps-Gordon is still a whiner.

I like the chart. It is very clear and easy to read. Any stat I wanted to see was easily found. Sooo...my lowly opinion is...DO IT!
