League Policy regarding multiple teams

It has come to the attention of the council there was one individual who was running several teams in the Busch and Truck Series. It is league policy that there may only be one team per member. This individual was submitting picks for all teams at the same time from one computer. Most of the time the picks were the same or close to it for all the teams as well. What was really odd is that one of the family members that this person "supposedly" signed up emailed me after getting confirmation emails each week after this person submitted picks. She told me she never signed up for this league.  I can only assume the other teams are in the same boat. After repeated attempts to ask this person to explain the situation have gone unanswered, the league decided to pull those other teams and just leave the main team that originally signed up.

I am aware that some households might have 1 or 2 family members that use the same computer and would like to both be in the league. That is fine. To my knowledge, all of the other teams are legit in the league. This was the only situation that I have known about for awhile now.

We ask all teams have their own email and each person make their own picks. Although we can not personally see who is making the picks, we ask all members to be honest and just keep one team. This only hurts other players who are shut out of a league because its full.

Thank You
