Usually I send out an email asking all members if they returning next year, the last few weeks of the season. However, since there are going to be a lot of updates during the off-season, it would be better to start now.

Starting early next week, I will be emailing the Cup members and find out if they are returning next year. I know most responses, but I'll need an official one back from you so I can update my database. Also, I will be asking those Cup teams that are currently playing in the Busch and Truck Series, if they will be returning there. Since there will be a membership fee for those leagues next year, it's possible we might have some openings.

Next up.... probably the following week,  we will draft those members in the waiting pool into teams.

Once teams are set up and finalized, I will begin designing the COT cars for all Cup members. Members need to be set up in their teams first before the new cars are designed because some manufacturers might change, some sponsors could change, plus I will probably put the team names on the cars. Nathan Helton will also be helping me make the cars, so thanks to him.
