Radio Controlled Shocking Battle Tanks - This has to be the most addictive radio controlled game we have seen in ages. Shock Tanks is a radio controlled tank battle and each tank is equipped with an infra-red cannon. When you fire and hit your opponent's tank, your opponent gets an electric shock from controller. The object is to knock his tank out of the game, and make them suffer in the process! For those of you that have seen the shocking pens and lighters, this really takes it to the next level!

The Tanks
Radio Controlled Shocking Battle Tanks move forwards and backwards and run on tracks just like real military tank. Each track runs separately via the controller's left and right throttles, which allows the tanks to make sharp turns. They're made of some sort of metal that detects the infra-red hit throughout its surface. There are six lights on top of each tank, and when a tank is hit, it emits concussion sounds and rocks forward and back. Also, the lights go out - we'll explain more about this later.

The Controllers
The controllers are brilliantly designed. In order to control your tank, you must make contact with metal strips. When your tank is hit, you receive a shock from the controller. (There's even a wrist strap you must wear. Since you'll probably drop the controller each time you are hit, this prevents it from falling and breaking.)

How The Lights Work
Each tank has six lights on top of it and the metal tanks are equipped with infra-red cannons. The object of the game is to knock your opponent's tank out of commission.

Sounds
The Tanks and controller make sounds to match the action. There are motor sounds, concussion sounds, and explosion sounds.

The Twist!
There is a HIGH/LOW button on the controller that provides a real twist to the game. If you set it to Low, the shock you get when you're hit is reasonable, however when you hit your opponent, you only knock out one of his lights. If you set your controller to HIGH, you will knock out two of your opponent's lights with each hit, however the shock you get in your own controller will be much more severe if YOU are hit. So, during battle, you have to decide if you want to risk greater pain for greater gain. It comes down to how badly do you want to win with Radio Controlled Shocking Battle Tanks.

I just stumbled on this website today, this store is in England and I just thought this would be the coolest gift ever for my son for Christmas.  So, I get this all the way to the Google Checkout only to discover that they won't ship to my house!  I don't know if this is because I live in Indiana (weird laws here) or if they just don't ship across the pond, but I intend to find out.

I might be able to help Matt. My wife is from England, she is there right now coming home 9/18, but her sister lives there so maybe we can get it shipped to her then ship to you. Did you try a search to see if they are sold here? I can't believe Amazon or somebody is not selling them here.

It didn't even occur to me to try Amazon.com....I guess I had a brain fart.

Thanks for the offer John, but I took your advice and found it on Amazon for cheaper than I thought originally.

Once again, Thanks!
