most likely the Patriots will dominate the game, but I'm just happy that the Giants are there. Earlier in the season I was wondering if they would even make the playoffs, and here they are in the Superbowl.  If they can be just somewhat competitive in the game, that'll be great.

Of course, imagine if they could pull off what could be considered the greatest upset ever?

The Giants have been the underdogs in each during the postseason. So far it's worked to their advantage each time.

Of course, you never know what might happen:

Fans of the New England Patriots had to be swallowing hard Monday when pictures of quarterback Tom Brady sporting a walking cast on his right foot surfaced.

A video taken of Brady in New York Sunday, which is available on TMZ.com, shows the NFL's MVP returning to girlfriend Gisele Bundchen's apartment. He's walking gingerly on the sidewalk after emerging from a black SUV parked on the street.

During his weekly appearance on WEEI's "Dennis and Callahan" show, Brady didn't dismiss the notion he had suffered some type of leg injury during Sunday's AFC Championship win. "Ah, you know, there's always bumps and bruises. I'll be ready for the Super Bowl," Brady said, when asked point-blank if he had a leg injury.

Brady could play on one foot and still be better than Eli Manning biggrin. Patriots will finish up 19-0.

I think Brady is faking it just to throw the Giants off.

With all the times that Brady was hit tonight, he was off both feet!

What.... 19-0??   Perfect season doesn't mean anything if you don't win the Superbowl!!

Let me know when you win another one. biggrin

Pats offensive line probably played the worst football ever, in the history of the NFL.

At least we won't be hearing the 'greatest team ever' chant......even when I thought they would win the Super Bowl, I never saw them that way.

Greatest Teams according to Matt:

10.- Green Bay - '66
9.- Tampa Bay - '02
8.- Green Bay - '96
7.- Giants - 86
6.- Steelers - '79
5.- Bears - '85
4.- Dolphins - '72
3.- Patriots - '07
2.- Cowboys - '95
1.- San Fran - '84

((honorable mentions -  San Fran- '83 & '88, Dallas- '92, Indy- '06, Oakland- '80, Redskins- '82))
