Let's hope my bats have finally awakened! My pitching is solid, no worries there.

my starting pitchers are killing me . think i have every pitcher thats in slump...lol....not worried about my offense at moment but we shall see

Well, I think my winning streak might be ending this week. Nothing for sure yet, but it's a feeling.� A lot of my guys have cooled off lately and need to get going again. Still trying to get my pitching better. Made a couple of moves to get more saves.... plus when Soriano comes off the DL it will help big time. We'll see./

hate to be the bearer of bad news but Soriano may be on the DL for a while yet.

Cubs are smoking the competition, but you knew that didn't you.

Cedeno and Theriot are really hitting the ball well and even Peay is finally learning to hit at the right times.

All the talk here is letting Soriano have plenty of rest so he isn't rushed back to soon and reaggravate the injury and thus have to deal with it all season long.

Think Lou is speaking of the Braves RP Matt. Can't help ya there either Lou. Just heard last night their gonna try rehab but he could be lost for the year.
�� I think my pitching is fine but my hitters are asleep. Dang I traded Derek Lee and David Wright. Looks bad for me wright now. On a�side note noticed David Wright ranks 5th all time on Smolties strike out list whiffing 19 times. Not sure what that means though, Wright is young and could move up the list quickly.

Yeah Speedy, I think I can easily say I got the better deal in that trade... David Wright for Brian McCann and Jeff Francoueur.� You since got rid of Francouer for Aaron Rowand.... of course I can't say I understand that trade either. So basicly you traded Wright for McCann... just a bit one sided there.

I didn't realize that you had Derek Lee on your team and traded him away too... I went back to see who you traded him for. Pitcher Chris Young?? who is 1-1 with an ERA of 4.57... For the #1 first baseman in the league.

Gulp...Derek had an off year, and I had a brain fart and....well yeah there I am. On a bright note I'll still make the play-offs cause thats what I always do. ( Take notes cause I'm wiry!) Losing is not an option.
