im not sure i agree with the wonderkid being a class one pick . im assuming its because Lou thought everyone would pick him which i was looking forward to myself . but how does he become a pick against all cup drivers ? jus when i thought i had a grasp on the classifications here comes an ugly slider in the dirt . i may have understood pitting him and kyle in same grouping but in a class with carl , bowyer, and others ? thanks for keeping me from picking the kid ! good luck to all willing to take that chance !
the classes are divided by owners points. Since Logano is in the #1 car in the owner standings, that's why he is there.
Personally it will take quite a few more races before I decide to pick him over some of the other guys in that class, but some people are taking chances early. Guess we'll see what happens this weekend.
I've been one of those taking a chance on him. I've been blown away watching him in some of the other series. When you put a winner in good equipment, that's a winning combination in my book.
im with you . i didnt even think about owners points . he is one hell of a driver and i too expect nothing but greatness from him including several more top 5s this season . he appears to be the real deal ! is showing rowdy you can still be ****y and not a reckless driver .
lol didnt think id be picking him this early either but honestly thought he was going to win this race even before qualifying . with it being kentucky and the nationwide regulars seem to do good there i figured why not ? glad to get a much needed top 5 out of it for sure . am sure more than 7 drivers will pick him next week but doubt i will be one where their going
Same with me.... I thought Kentucky was gonna be another race with a surprise winner and who better then Joey Logano? Took a chance and it worked out. Too bad I didn't get to watch the race live this week.
same here i really wanted to catch that one but will have next four weekends off and milwaukee n chitown both should be good races among others . havent caught a truck race in good while either
