from our experience as a team so far, when we began to communicate things turned around for us! dont quit the team force there hand at communicating! e-mail your team and tell them who you are going to pick this week and ask them for there input! this shoud get your team talking!
as far as i know this is just for the rest of this season. becuase i might be doing my own team next if the right people get moved up. my first name is not arnold it is earl
ok, I will add Earl Arnold to Randy Cook Racing's lineup for the next race at Sonoma. Later in the week I'll make the changes to his page.
Also, even thought Earl has been running a Toyota, he will be switching to a Chevy for the remainder of the season. I won't be making a new car since it's mid season, but it will be a Chevy team.

you said you wanted us( when it was me in team ) to talk to each other i did but would not get a reply for a week or longer. i had a couple of ideas to help the team but no body would reply to me so i am like this team needs help so i am out of it.
